Annual Meeting, Picnic and Home Tour

2011 Business meeting: September 10th, 8:00 AM at the Buena Vista community center
2011 Picnic: September 10th, 1:00 PM for appetizers, lunch at 1:30 behind the mail center

Business Meeting: The annual Game Trail business meeting occurs on the Saturday morning following Labor day. All game trail property owners are invited. The meeting will include:
* The election of new members to the Board of Directors.
* A brief recap of the year's events.
* Informational presentations relating to Game Trail and Chaffee County
* Great snacks provided by the community

Community Picnic: Occurs on the Saturday following the annual meeting. It is a great opportunity for the entire Game Trail community to get together for some food and fun.
